The location is fantastic, so it's handy to get around.Beach, shops and restaurants 10min walk. No car needed. Well equipped kitchen.Carpark space if required.

The appartment is perfectly located, close to the city center and to the beach, you do not necessarily need a car. It includes all the necessary equipment, super confortable and clean. More than everything, Petea is a perfect host! He has done everything possible to make our stay ideal, he is always available if you have any questions or if you need a tip. Perfect stay, for us us it has been the dream holiday! We will come back.

We had the pleasure of visiting this place in September (5 adults + 3 children). It is an extremely peaceful and picturesque place with extremely pleasant hosts. The house is behind a "rocky gate" so Omis is very close but you can't hear cars. Children have a whole yard for themselves (fenced and safe) and there is a playground nearby. The apartment is very large and the living room/kitchen has two entrances so that no one collides with each other. Behind the bedroom windows is only a mini garden and mountains - no neighbors! Very comfortable beds - better than I have at home. The apartment has a large bathroom + a separate small toilet which makes it extremely easy to live + a large balcony. The equipment is very good - there were pots, plates, etc. a large table. The hosts are always smiling and share what they bring out in the garden. Great place for a family with children.

Unique location in quiet neighborhood - beautiful surrounding landscape. Only few minutes by foot from Omis downtown. Friendly and responsive host sharing information about the town and its attractions. Spacious and practical house layout. Big and well equipped kitchen. Outdoor eating area available. Plenty of parking space. Washing machine would be probably handy, but we actually enjoyed using old fashioned approach - soap, washing basin, cloth pins and cloth line (all available on site). Lots of space outside on the balcony - dries really quick :-)
