Cosy studio with huge balcony. The property is a 10 min walk from the old town and the nearest beach. Also, the Zlatni rt park is a few minutes away. The parking lot is very useful when you stay in Rovinj. The host is a kind and helpful lady.

Studio apartment upstairs (24 external steps) within owner’s property. Large undercover balcony with table and chairs for two. Host very accommodating and exceptionally friendly and spoke very good English. Would drop by each afternoon and check if we needed anything. In communications before arrival, it was stated that there was building work occurring next door. It was suggested by them, that due to noise and some dust, we may like to seek alternative accommodation. We did not change and due to weather and scheduling there was no work during our stay. Kitchenette small but functional. Wi-Fi good signal and TV in the main room. Parking on site inside a closed gate. 15 to 20 minute mostly level walk to City Centre / Old Town.
