If you're looking for a budget option in very pricey Opatija, this might be the place. It is tiny and in the ground floor but clean.
-Air conditioner cools the room very quickly
-Bus stop is near the apartment

-Sandwich maker in the kitchen (we loved it)
-There are many beaches within walking distance
-Private garage on street level
Super friendly host! He even let me use the garage, which wasn't included with the studio, and was always available to help. Also, the location itself is very good - 5 minutes to the water, provided you can walk stairs well, which is especially important for older people.
Located in a villa building, a very nice garden, a view of the sea from the terrace, a separate small garden part is attached to the apartment, a comfortable, well-equipped renovated apartment.
