The apartment was spacious and was as advertised. The owner even left some milk for our morning breakfast Zadar had water maintenance issues next morning . which was quite inconvenient since there was no water to brush teeth or even flush the toilet The owner brought a 6 liter water jug that we could use for brushing teeth and making coffee/ tea. The water that finally started after 9 was very brown rust colored so could only be used to flush toilet but not for a shower . Of course not the owners fault. The location is very convenient to get groceries, restaurants, sea organ etc and once we found parking we could walk everywhere. Be aware that you can park in the spot for max 3 hrs after that you need to find another parking spot which is not very easy. Meter man is very diligent between 8 am - 8 pm so find parking for 34 h

Very clean apartment with all that you might need. Including good working air conditioning and hot water. Comfortable beds. The owners met us there and gave us a little information and off they went. But they were close by if there was need. It was in a really great Location close to Old Town and a lot of other parts of Zadar. Even though the outside did not look so great the inside was very nice and very comfortable.
