The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained in a quiet residential area very close to a number of nearby beaches. All the rooms are spacious and well appointed. We were a party of 5 had no issues at all. The pool is great for cooling off during the hot summer days. The hosts live onsite which helps keep the property to such a high standard. Also they are so helpful and can provide wonderful recommendations for absolutely anything!

We spent a few days in Croatia with my best friends and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile. She also greeted us with snacks upon arrival, and during our stay with homemade cake. Her warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

We loved our holiday at Delta House Alfa apartment. Ivana is a wonderful host. Accommodation is spotlessly clean, trust me (I'm very picky). Location was perfect, near enough to walk into Zadar old town ,but just far enough to relish the peace and quiet.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The owner, Ivana, took great care of us and even made some delicious cherry cakes. We made use of the opportunity to have a barbecue, as they provide a grill on request.

A very well appointed apartment in a quiet area. Private pool was perfect and the host was very friendly and even provided some food and drink as our flight was delayed. Extremely well stocked with everything you would need and the entire place was very clean. Very handy for local beach and old town only a 5 euro Uber away.
