Everything, perfect if you're traveling from airport
The apartment is in a building with common entrance to a total of 3 apartments. Main entrance and apartments have separate digital locks. Each with their own code, which was nice. The main lock is a bit finicky but works fine in general. Owners provided clear instructions on how to use it.
The apartment itself was warm, had dedicated bathroom and what looked like a terrace of some sort, which was locked so im not sure if that is included generally.. Im also not sure if other apartments have the same arrangement or not.
The area seems nice, there were plenty of parks, stores and food places in walking distance.
There was a dedicated semi private (it was separated by a decorative fence from the general area) parking space for each apartment. Which was nice as well.
The location is good. But the belling of Church in the morning is just horible.
The rooms were very clean and it has air conditioning. Close to the Zagreb airport. Great restaurants near by.
