Very nice host , clear and simple communication and instructions for self check in. Great location if you looking to be based in this part of city.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and great for the price. Location is great. The host Tijana is the best so far, she helped us with everything we asked for and made us feel very welcome. I recommend this apartment.

Apartment is clean, modern, functional and nicely furbished. A host Tijana is great, hospitable, assisted with clear instructions and made all possible to make our stay memorable. We only regret that we couldn’t stay longer.

Rayyan Apartment was spacious, bright and very affordable apartment. It was in good location for us because we were visiting Zagreb for Ice Hockey World Championship 2025

The apartment is located a short walk away from a large park (Bundek) which suited us perfectly. Communication with the host was easy and helpful, she was more than ready to answer all our questions, or solve any problems (not that we had any). The apartment is newly furnished and equipped with everything you could need on a short stay. The area around the building is safe to walk around and it usually has a lot of parking spots to park your vehicle (free of charge).
