Great location. Just 10 mins easy walk from old town.

The unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished and prepared. The check-in felt very professional, and we were greeted upon arrival at the door by Antonia. She was also available via WhatsApp if we had any questions or requests. The place is very clean and within walking distance to the old town of Split. There are numerous wild peacocks on the property that greeted us in the morning.

The studio was much bigger than I anticipated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. There are wild Peacocks that run around the neighborhood and were entertaining. The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute walk to Old Town. We rented a car and I was able to park in the building for an additional fee, but that was very convenient since you cannot park in Old Town and nearby parking is very expensive. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Croatia and they were the only hotel with soft towels. All the others felt like sandpaper! The manager was great and checked in on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend Residence by Vestibul Palace.

There were peacocks in the deck in the morning. It is the only residential area in Split where peacocks have taken up residence.
