Location, cleanliness and easy to communicate with the owner.
The location was excellent and the communication was great too.
The studio has a perfect location, nice restaurants nearby, close to the promenade. Very kind owner and clean. We had a good time staying here.
Great location a short walk to the main promenade.

The kitchenette facilities and washing machine was great as well.
The host was lovely - she met us at the accomodation to hand over keys and discuss a few details.
The property had everything we needed to travel as a family of 3. It was very close to the center too and had close shops and restaurants.
