Exceptionally clean apartment, very well maintained. Shower was great. Amenities and appliances were nice. Parking is easy in the street by the house. The apartment is also in a quiet neighborhood. Stefan was also very quick and helpful when we had some questions & extra requests!

Amazing communication from Stefan. A spacious, clean and comfy apartment just a ten minute walk from old town. Supermarkets, restaurants and marina all a 5 minute walk. And a lovely garden space to relax in in a very quiet street.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very close to the center while being in a quiet area just a 10 minute walk to the old town. The bed was big and very comfortable. Perfect size apartment for a couple.

Really nice modern apartment that's nicely located, about 15 minute walk to the old town so abit more quiet on a night but still easy enough to get to, also not too far from a less touristy beach which was a nice bonus as the ones on the old town were too busy to enjoy. Our host Stefan was great

The apartment is meticulously clean and beautifully equipped with every comfort a guest could want! Good quality linen, a comfy bed and couch was appreciated after a long day of exploring beautiful Zadar. Stefan was incredibly easy and efficient in all communication which is so important when travelling overseas. He was prompt and so helpful in answering any questions. You can tell how much he values his guests and prioritises their needs. We would most certainly love to return to The Park Apartments on our next trip to this beautiful country.
