Close to a beach and restaurants, a grocery story and a kids park. Very clean, well appointed and a helpful owner. 10 minutes from Old Town but world's away from endless tourist crowds

This apartment was absolutely flawless. It was exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly want - the attention to detail was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean with plentiful towels ( beach and otherwise). The location was 10 mins easy walk from the bus station and old town - a lovely sandy beach was 3 mins walk. Tanya was an excellent host, I would highly recommend a stay here.

We are so grateful and happy that we had the opportunity to spend a week in this beautiful apartment. Everything was beyond our expectations. The host, her husband and the cleaning ladies are really nice people and do an excellent job. We'd love to be back another time.

Everything. It was very modern and clean. The location was also excellent. The host Tanja was super and very accommodating. I would recommend her apartment to anyone going to visit Split.

The apartment was impeccable, very spacious, and comfortable, the building from the outside does not look special but inside the building is clean and spacious, and also cozy! We loved having the balcony as well. Host have a lot of ideas for travel. We loved the configuration of the apartment, the bedroom is large and quiet, the sheets are crisp and silky, high ceilings. The apartment felt like home. Also, a walking distance to buzzing touristy areas, thus the location could not be better, we felt like locals and then joined the crowd to enjoy the hustle and bustle :) The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this stay to anyone!
