Host Bojan was very attentive and flexible. The cottage is close to a rock beach, but a bit walk to old town. if you enjoy all the activities happening in old town, this place would be a bit further out, but not a deal breaker for us. two nice restaurants close by.

This apartment was perfect for our stay with five adults. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the deck was fabulous for an evening drink or morning coffee and it had everything we needed for our stay, from electrical adaptors, iron, blow dryer, and a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival. It was walking distance from the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk to the beach, large supermarket, and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Beds and pillows very nice. Shower excellent.large smart TV, will certainly stay here again.

Property was modern, clean, and extremely close to the beach. Stores and restaurants were very close, and Old Town Zadar was a short drive away.

The villa is really lovely with a roof terrace, comfortable bedrooms and living area. Absolutely everything we could possibly have needed was provided and our hostess replied very quickly with advice when we couldn't work the Aircon. The location is good: only a few minutes from supermarkets and the main bus station, and on the bus route to the old town. There is a very good local restaurant and beach bars close by. We've had a really relaxing week.
