Great equipment of the hpuse in every possible case: all the kitchen appliances, bathroom, even some additional emergency things such as first aid kit and anti-mosquito devices. Huge and comfortable terrace, where even a big company of guests can stay. Parking with a closed gate. Villa is literally almost at the beach. The village is calm and cozy.

Never seen that fully equipped apartment like this before. They make sure guests get everything. Beautiful seaview from every angle. Very welcoming host. Very peaceful and quiet area

Villa Ivan is perfect if you want a quiet, peaceful get away. The hosts are fantastic. It was almost like staying with family. I loved getting up each morning and watching the fisherman across the inlet prepare his boat. So quiet. The sunsets from the back balcony were amazing.
