Nice stay in Podgorica with a good price/quality ratio. I had all the facilities, and the host was attentive despite his fact that he didn't speak English. There was a big supermarket in the neighborhood as well, which made shopping easy
Full apartment with very reasonable price. Good restaurant and groceries 10min walk away.
Had everything I needed.
-The owners don’t speak English, so most of the time, I reached out to their daughter Sonja, who was very helpful and responsive. I asked in advance about doing laundry and borrowing a hairdryer, and they provided them with a big smile.
-The apartment is essentially a downstairs living space, while the hosts live upstairs. It’s not a five-star hotel, but it has all the essentials.
I contacted the owner Nikola and he gave me a lift with all my belongings in his car. He and his wife were very attentive and kind! When leaving, I asked him to give me a lift and he took me to the airport at 6 o'clock in the morning. Many thanks to him for this!
Studio is about halfway between the airport and city centre so convinient for either-if you dont have a car its about a 35mins walk or take bus no1,10 mins or less.Nearby,on the main rd to the coast there are a couple of large supermkts plus a Burger King ,also a bakery nr the bus stop etc.Airport shuttle is available,advantage is that the owner does the pick up so you go straight to the property.
Everything worked in the studio-didnt cook myself but its possible.Wifi was fine too..Quiet neighbourhood so no problem sleeping.
Hosts very friendly tho no English, I spoke to Sonia,their daughter ,on the phone and she sent me some info about the area . I stayed for 10 nights
If you want a good budget option I would recommend the Studio-if I ever return to Podgorica I would be happy to stay there again.
