Spring Apartment is such a perfect place! The apartment is located in a beautiful stone house right on the water with your own dock to relax on and experience the beauty of Perast.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, is beautifully designed, and clean.
It’s the perfect location for walking through all of Perast, which is a small town. You can walk the whole town easily. The view out the doors and windows to the sea is stunning, and the garden area is lovely.
The hosts are a lovely family that are so kind, gracious, and so helpful.
I highly recommend staying at Spring Apt. It’s such a special place in a special town.
First of all, the spring apartment is beautifully designed with a lot of love in every detail, very clean and perfectly equipped! It’s location in Perast is amazing if you want to avoid the big tourist crowds in Kotor and enjoy a more relaxed stay in the bay. With the terrace and the seating opportunity in front of the house, you can enjoy amazing views of the bay and Perast day and night. Andrej and his parents are very welcoming, super helpful and easy to communicate with to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and give you the best experience! Andrej also supported with restaurant recommendations and arranging a private boat trip to the lady of the rocks island (definitely recommend to make the tour with Nenad the neighbor!). All in all 10 out of 10 - would definitely recommend to stay at spring apartment when visiting Perast/ the bay of Kotor! :)
location - front line with just the largely pedestrian road to cross to the dock where we took our sun loungers every day. huge master bedroom and good sized shower room. well equipped kitchen. lovely stone building and huge terrace with outdoor dining and seating areas.
Beautiful apartment in perfect location in Perast. Private shaded terrace with tables chairs and sofas and also chairs and tables to take just across to the waterfront with the best view and steps to go swimming.
Two large double bedrooms beautifully made up, kitchen and lounge area and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Owner very helpful as are his parents who looked after us very well.
Excellent location for swimming and local restaurants. Very picturesque with great views. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Would highly recommend. Ideal for two couples or family with children.
