AirCondition, breakfast, quit room, check-in, check-out. Wi-Fi was working very good when I arrived, but later it got slower and the connection dropped.

At tram stop and bus stop, near to metro. I had only the experience with basic breakfast. There was a lot of tasty food to choose from. I think everything worked properly in my room.

Room size Really noisy despite requesting a quiet room. Staff looked unhappy. Bedding smelt.

The worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. I only had it once and didn't come back again. The Wi-Fi is unusable, too slow and connection gets interrupted. Had to use my mobile data the whole time. Staff not so friendly, especially in the cafeteria, a very rude lady works there.

The hotels location is so convenient you can easily reach the city center with direct trams which station is just in front of the hotel Food were diverse The room was so nice and clean I really love the hotel and totally don’t understand why people leave bad reviews I had a soap and showe gel in the room, there were also tea and coffee. I’m so happy with this hotel the stay was amazing
