Supremely functional, yet looking attractive and cozy. Extraordinarily clean, both in the room and in the hallways. Well-chosen design and colour combination impart a nice soothing feeling.
Well-trained, professional staff with impeccable English skills. Inobtrusive, but always ready when you need them - helpful service with a smile. They stored 3 pieces of luggage that I didn't want to carry around Czechia - for full 14 days prior to my check-in! On the night before the departure, I had to print out boarding passes and PCR certificates. Done, no questions asked. Super!
About 10 min on foot from Terminal 1 of the Vaclav Havel Airport. But there is no need to trudge with your luggage in tow - the hotel provides an e-shuttle for free 24/7. If you want to explore the city, the hotel advertises a special option of renting an e-vehicle from them for a very affordable price. If you prefer public transportation, U Hangaru bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Travel in comfort and feel very environmentally conscious about it.
Nothing much, but if I am being picky, I'd say that the rooms are slightly worse for the wear. Electric sockets could be made more conspicuous, and a shower cabin could be a bit roomier. Eh, nothing else
