Very near places of attraction and right near the shopping mall as well as metro and tram stops. Lack of basic amentities such as kettle or mini fridge so when I ask for hot water cos i need it with taking herbal medication, there was no help rendered.

EXCELLENT OPTION FOR HANDICAPPED PEOPLE. I went to Prague with my mom, who uses a wheelchair to get around, and unlike many other places I don't regret staying at Hotel Ibis Old Town Praha with her. Excellent location, 10 min walk with to the astronomical clock, accesible by wheelchair, and most importantly, we were assigned a room completely adapted for handicapped people. The room was given upon request at the moment of booking with no extra fees, and is 100% wheelchait accesible (i.e. both the bedroom and the bathroom). From the lobby there is a slight ramp that takes you to the elevators, where both the rooms and restaurant are accesible with them. Excellent price-quality relation. The breakfast buffet is quite limited, but understandable due to the price of the room. If possible I would only add more fruit options in the buffet. And one other small thing, the toilet paper was over and had to call reception to ask for more. This is somewhat unusual for me, not to have extra toilet paper in the bathroom, but the issue was quickly solved with one phone call.

Не первый раз останавливались в этом отеле, отличное соотношение цены и качества Все было ожидаемо, поэтому вообще огорчения не было!

Соотношение цена, качество. Идеальное расположение. Рядом трамвайная остановка, супермаркет Альберт. Центр города. Недостатков нет.

Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал. Очень сильная слышимость в номере. Тонкие стены.
