Fresh, nice room. Several towels, pleasant bathroom. Big bed. The is an elevator. 24/7 check in and check out!
Breakfast time ends very early - 10am. A little bit too much furniture in the room, so the room looks really small.
The bed was soooo uncomfortable, I woke up with a very bad back on both mornings which meant I struggled to walk around sightseeing each day as my back hurt so much. I actually had to keep stopping as I was in so much pain. The beds did not even have a mattress, it was just a piece of sponge with a sponge topper. Absolutely awful.
I only booked this hotel because I wanted to use the pool and spa at Novotel next door. It turned out that you have to pay 200 CZK per person to use the facilities yet this is not mentioned at all on any website. The jacuzzi is also covered up long term so it is only a pool and sauna. The changing rooms were dirty and covered in hair.
Great location - pretty close to metro and public transportation stops; within walking distance to the center.
Decent clean rooms - something you'd expect from Ibis.
Great breakfast - tasty, diverse.
Rooms are really small.
