The responsiveness to our messages. The convenience of a kitchen. That we could arrange to leave our luggage between visits.
Very good and economic accommodation used during business trip. Very friendly and helpful owner Marco.
Very easy access, and clear instructions to enter the property. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
Modern for the area. There was a tv with access to lots of channels, the kitchen was equipped with all we needed it including curtesy tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, etc. The bathroom was brand new and very clean. The place had central heating making it feel homy and welcoming, perfect space to share and enjoy with the fam.
Affordable place to stay. Basic but clean and the owner is very helpful.

Self check in was very useful and the host was ready for any question that we had and was very kind with the checkout as well
The house is new and cozy, I'd recommend maximum 4 people or it might be getting crowded with one toilet only
