The location and the restaurant Calicanto service. Mrs Clara was exceptional. Also the service at the front desk by Maximo, Cristal, Brian and Carlos was excellent.

Clean with a very friendly staff. A very well managed establishment. It is located in historical downtown area that is very close to many attractions.There is a convenient mini-market at the corner for supplies to bring back to the room. There is a mini fridge in the room
I booked this hotel as a last resort when I had an overnight layover in Santiago. All of the hotels at the airport were booked, and it was late at night. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the hotel and wished we could stay a few more nights. The location was awesome and the room was very comfortable.
