Everything was good for a wheel chair and the staff was very nice
Was greeted with a flower lei at the airport. The staff were extremely helpful for booking tours and taxis. The swimming pool was a nice bonus.
Delicious breakfasts, professional service. I highly recommend.
The area was very peaceful, and the gardens pretty. It's quite a walk from the sunset Moai - about 40 mins, but nowhere in town is too far away. The staff were helpful, and tried their best with my limited Spanish and their limited English!
I was given a free upgrade to a huge room, with a comfy bed and good, hot shower. It was a little cold at night, but they happily have me an extra blanket.
They booked me in to see the cultural show, which was fab and I got a front row seat as they're obviously affiliated with it.
Well kept older property an easy walk to the center of Hanga Roa (about 10 minutes) for dining, entertainment, etc. The front desk staff were very helpful booking tours with a good company.
