Everything - this was a one night extension of a stay in progress.

The hotel is very well located and in an area that is right in the midst of good shopping and places to eat. Large variety of coffee shops also located nearby. The was most helpful and they were able to help us with any questions that we had. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast is a lovely buffet with something for everyone. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was superb and extremely well priced! We were very pleased with everything during our stay. The hotel also got our taxi to the airport when we were leaving and all went well!

The breakfast was hot and good. The hotel was centrally located in Santiago. I had a bowl of squash soup for supper that was delicious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had to leave early and the staff help with the taxi.

This place was terrific. The location is excellent, walking distance from most attractions. The room was very comfortable. The free breakfast was the best I ever had. The desk was accomodating. Prices were good too. It even had a good ceiling light. The restaurant had long hours, was reasonably priced, and had good food.
