Excellent hotel experience! The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. Our room was spacious with incredible mountain and city views. Breakfast was a delicious spread with plenty of options. The hotel restaurant was also convenient and served great food.
The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.
Great stay and central for a lot of the shops. Staff were not very attentive in the restaurant at time but overall great stay. If you are travelling from Europe they do ask for a credit card to check in with and they say it’s essential but this is generally the case in Chile. They did help with our airport transport and beds were comfortable with loads of charging points etc
