After a shaky start the reception staff understood me and helped me which I was grateful for, I was in a hotel without proper heating and it was FREEZING in Santiago, I simply needed some warmth before I flew out that night.
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer and it is in an ideal location in the city.
The staff is so professional and friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Everyone was so attentive and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel. The doorman makes sure only guest are allowed in and I felt comfortable, safe and relaxed at the hotel.
Food and service was always good. Cleaning was excellent.
Excellent location, friendly staff, great fifth story bar and pool.
