The staff was very helpful, the apartment was very clean. We enjoyed the best finnish sauna. The apartment has all the necessary facilities.

The place is perfectly located and within walking distance from the Samnaun shops and cafes. It's a 5-minute drive to the cable car and the best part is the property provided us with passes which gave us free cable car rides and access to the spa. Excellent place for the family to stay with a full-fledged kitchen and 2 spacious bedrooms.Feels like a house with spotless cleanliness. Our apartment had a huge balcony with mountain views where you could hear the sound of the river water.

Everything worked as intended. The apartment (244), despite its age, was very well maintained, equipped and extremely clean. There’s a ski room and a separate ski boot room with boot dryers. Excellent location, you can almost ski down to the hotel. There’s a 5 min walk to the valley run to the cable car leading to one of the best ski areas in Europe. The modern spa area was a very nice addition to the hotel facilities. There’s also optional bakery service and breakfast. Very flexible personnel - we have arrived very late in the night and we’ve received detailed instructions on how to access the room. Extra: we have forgotten some stuff in the room and the owners were very kind to send it back to me. Thanks again!

Excellent room, we even got a cheese fundue kit, which we used. We loved the town of Samnaun and may likely come back. The hotel has wonderful views of the mountains.
