OK, the apartment was very roomy and in someways rustic, but in also elegant. Our host Andre gave a great deal of effort to have everything that we need in the place from the kitchenware to coffee and a little things like jam and peanut butter. There is tremendous view of the lake from the apartment, which makes the climb up the stairs worth it. The TV and wifi was great.
Loved the coolness and spaciousness of the apartment. Enjoyed having 2 bedrooms. Loved having the tourist bus pass and managed to do a boat cruise for free. Also liked the proximity of the bus stop.

The location is great, quiet but close to the city, bus station next to the house (goes directly to city center) or 15 mins on foot.
A coastline to walk along in the evening.
The neighbourhood is really cosy and quiet so i could relax after hiking or spending a day on tour.
The flat was spacious with all necessary stuff and even more.
The hosts are nice and super helpful, very friendly.
Plus: with the tourist card you receive you can use all transportation in the canton Neuchatel and enjoy traveling around, hiking, visiting museums and even boat trips
