We had issue with our bed, the staff provided as a separate room with private washroom. The staff was very nice, the room had good view with balcony. We also got transport card for our internal travel.

Staff was always available, room was comfortable and warm (I got to the city on a rainy day when the temperatures dropped), the hostel is on one of the mais bus routes in Interlaken. Some of the facilities would be great in warmer days, but just the fact that they're available is great! Didn't get the chance to see the dog some guests talked about, but that's just another excuse to come back!

Perfect location as it is close to Interlaken Main Station and tourist attractions. Clean premises, and smooth check-in/out (they even allowed us to keep our luggage after check-out).

It offers all needed facilities for a backpacker, including hot water kettle, recyclable plates, bowls and cutlery which are perfect for affordable meals with instant noodles in Switzerland. On the ground floor, there is a billiard table for some entertainment with an old dog sometimes running around or just laying down all the way. The staff is super friendly and supportive. One even give us a free billiards round. I also got a great view from the balcony - directly look at the Matterhorn. To sum up, it was a wonderful experience.
