Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa area. Beautiful garden.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Chiara was excellent at check-in and made us feel very welcome, this was very appreciated as we were travelling by train across Europe and our experience at our previous apartment had been poor.
The swimming pool was lovely and a very welcome, relaxed place.
Very clean apartment which was so well equipped it felt like a home from home.

We hope to return in September for a special occasion and maybe hire bikes if it’s not too hot.
We had a studio apartment on the ground floor. It was equipped with everything we needed for self catering. Located on the outskirts of Ascona, it is a pleasant walk from the hotel along the lake front and river into town, or over to Locarno.
We had a lovely apartment and our balcony had the morning sun, so we were able to have breakfast outside in march.
