it is a beautiful updated hotel with all new finishes!! The beds are incredibly comfortable with luxurious duvets and pillows!! The room and balcony had a beautiful view of the Weisshorn. The Owners are extremely accommodating and customer service oriented!! The breakfast was outstanding with fresh and a large selection of items. I would highly recommend it!!
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We chose to stay here ahead of doing a portion of the europaweg hike to zermatt. The manager of the hotel helped us figure out how to have our bags delivered to our hotel in Zermatt and she provided useful tips for our hike. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Grachen.
New and very clean! Scenery was amazing!! The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. Overall nice hotel in a cute village outside of Visp.
