Breakfast was very nice, and the host offered to make soft-boiled eggs, in addition to what was already on the table. I was able to take a short walk down to the lake, right across the street from the property, which was relaxing after a long day of traveling. The host showed me a bit of the building, as it has a long and interesting history. The rooms were in a separate building, in back of the restaurant, and it was peaceful and quiet. It's very close to Konstanz, if you would want to visit the city.
Nice room in the annexe, the main building is no longer in use.

Nice place to stay, basic but fine, and quiet. Good restaurant just down road, and breakfast here was very nice. Asked the host re the age of the building and received a guided tour of the cellar, built in 1214, it was great. Also safe storage and easy charging for our e-bikes.
Reinhart the owner was really so friendly, helpful and a wonderful host. We were very lucky to meet him and to have him show us around the cellar area of the hotel. Wonderful experience!!!
