Pedro was very helpful during our stay at the hotel.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the main street in town.

Very clean and amazing staff. The breakfast and restaurant were also great.

I loved the location, very central and easy to arrive from the train with a big checked luggage. I got there early before check in, so I had to leave luggage. You have to leave luggage in the main lobby not behind a counter which I was a bit nervous about but it ended up being fine. I had a room on the top floor with a balcony so I enjoyed looking out over the street and opposing valley. Couldn't see the falls from my room but as soon as I stepped outside it was right there. There was a water fountain between the hotel and the bike shop where I kept my water bottle filled. The staff was very busy and multitasking, but still friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the stay!

Breakfast good, but room could have had few amenities normally see in other hotels
