The staff, the food at the restaurant, really welcoming, beautiful surrounding. Perfect stop on the way to furka pass
Hotel Pazzola is a hidden gem and an excellent place to relax and wind down! The hotel is located in a quiet part of Disentis, full in the nature. The real discovery was however, the restaurant! Fully local ingredients, combined in an original way by the master cook, Sven. It is a place to feel home, especially thank to the open-hearted welcome by the host, Sonia. If you are out to explore the haut cuisine in Graubunden, this place is a must for you!

A new hotel that is stylish and comfortable. The surrounding views are breathtaking. The evening meal was a wonderful experience. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. All ingredients and wines were sourced or foraged locally. The staff were trully kind and most helpful.
