Their staffs are to kind and helpful, in-fact they even waited for us to the late 11PM check-in as we are later to arrive from Zermatt. Hotel location is perfect for Titlis area and it was just adjacent to the train station (1 Min walk). I love our hotel room, at night, we open windows and it was so cool that you a pure-fresh mountain breezes as you sleep! too big with the nice view of the mountain! It was a quiet location that we didn't realize waking up at 9AM is just like early morning! Breakfast is very good, our boys love a lot of yummy bacon (they are wishing for these during our trip) since some few hotel we checked in during this trip doesn't have! I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to be back again someday!

Excellent location, clean and basic functional amenities. Nice breakfast with reserved table was an added personal touch. Reception staff was super helpful with excellent tips.

Hotel location was great, the room was very nice, and breakfast was good and breakfast room very nice. Ski and boot storage area very convenient.

The hotel was cozy and clean. Staff was accommodative in allowing early check-in. It was a pleasant stay for our family.
