We stayed in an apartment without a view, but there’s plenty of outdoor seating throughout Zermatt that we didn’t spend much time in our room. When we did, it was a very pleasant stay in the room. Plenty of space and larger than any other hotel during our tour of Switzerland. Looked exactly like the pictures.
A fantastic Matterhorn view in the 1-bedroom apartment. The area is quiet.
Straight walk 5 min from the river and bus stop;
Restaurant and recreation area at the hotel;
Friendly staff;
Free transfer with luggage to/from the train station;
Large fully equipped kitchen;
Big main room;
Very clean renovated shower room;
Nice cosy blanket;
Refrigerator is not noisy
Immaculate, well furnished, apartment with a view of the Matterhorn
Very clean. Quiet. Good size of the room and bathroom.We liked the ski boot dryer and the location of the ski room. Shuttle to the train station was a big plus. The staff was very helpful and polite. Maps of ski area available in the lobby.
