Breakfast was great and Elisabeth was very friendly. We ordered half-board, it was a vast dinner with amazing value for money. We travelled with a baby and they made the arrangements to make us feel comfortable.
We payed for the breakfast and instead of staying at the Alpine Inn Annex, they upgraded us to the main Jungfrau Hotel. We are so grateful because the walk from the train station would have been a lot more every day to the Annex. The staff is very nice, the breakfast was delicious! The room had excellent heating and AMAZING comfortable beds. We got ENGAGED in Switzerland during this trip! It was our first time in Europe. Having such a nice hotel during this moment, made it such an AMAZING experience! Thank you!
The views are amazing, the room was clean, the shower was big, and the continental breakfast was good.They had a good variety of protein, dairy, and breads with coffee and juice. We also appreciated them storing our luggage before check in.
My wife was so happy the room was clean. The breakfast was marvelous. Great communication for a late night check in. The location was easy to find.
