Everything - great apartment, location, hosts and very clean.

The spaciousness of the apartment was very nice. The bathroom shower and mirror was a good design and had shelves as well. We loved the balcony seating and size with the incredible view. Although we didn't cook we did enjoy having a refrigerator. The apartment was quiet and in a great location.

Location was very good. Just a 5 to 10 minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse, which was the main street in Zermatt. Apartment was comfortable. We had the ground floor 3 x bedroom apartment. The host Anita was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She came and checked on us a few times during the stay. There was an issue with some of the outlets not working, which was quickly fixed. Two of the bathrooms were updated and nicely designed. Fire place in the living room was nice and firewood was readily available for some cozy evenings.

The property was in an excellent location and consisted of three really good size double rooms, one ensuite bathroom and two separate bathrooms. Good size living area including lounge and kitchen. All the furnishings were a good quality.

The place is clean, spacious and convenient. There are several restaurants nearby, convenient stores and bakery store in walking distance, quite at night, laundry room at the basement and also ski room. Anita is very helpful and responsive to every message that I sent. Recommended place to stay.
