Very spacious room even with a large backyard. Bedding is replaced everyday which is very nice. The hotel situates in a residential neighborhood, quiet and safe. Air is also very fresh, unlike anywhere in the city. Feel like home when I stayed there and that is the best thing I can comment :)

Very good location, quite spacious room, good price to be on Zurich lake

The staff is friendly; the beds are comfortable; the bathroom is nice though simple; there is a kitchen block in the room, which is the reason we took this hotel; the balcony is definitely a very nice addition; so is the pool; and last but not least, the entire hotel is spotless clean which is something Switzerland is well known for. So in short, this hotel ticks all the important boxes and I can recommend wholeheartedly. BTW, the breakfast is included and in keeping with what you expect in this price category.

As I grew up in this town/city I knew the Hotel under the old management/ original owner I had an idea what to expect. Great view on the balcony at the back, which brought back memories of the time I spent there with the boy scouts. During my stay on only met one member of staff who covered reception and also cleaning. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A very big thank you to her.
