Cute cabin, Driving distance to Interlaken town centre. Parking right outside the room. Good breakfast.
The Basic rooms were so nice! The room was exactly like the photos and there was a front patio with table and chairs which was a bonus. I absolutely loved the place. The restaurant was amazing as well, and our servers did a fantastic job! We had a wonderful dinner. We were near a landing area for para gliders, so it was fun to watch them. The staff was so helpful and kind.
Great alpine decor, appreciate the fridge, comfortable beds, beautiful garden, excellent staff willing to accommodate my stumbling German in spite of their perfect English. My parents had a lovely meal at the restaurant. Great front terraces to enjoy nature and the pretty flowers in the garden. Easy to access from the train station with the bus (though the bus is quite busy so we left our larger pieces of luggage in lockers at the train station).
It was very cozy and it felt like I was in a cabin. Parking was a plus also
The cabins of Hotel Salzano are perfect for a getaway, where your main goal is to discover the mountains around the Interlaken area. You'll find everything you need in the cabin, beds are comfy and the place is clean. Just keep in mind - as the description says: Salzano *Basic* rooms. You will feel the difference compared to the hotel, where you do the check-in. Oh and the hotel has a great restaurant and lovely staff. Yes, it's on the pricey side, but you get amazing food and drinks (wine or cocktails too), I can only recommend it even after visiting some other highly rated ones around.
