The room was good size, comfortable beds, location was good outside the castle. Breakfast was nice and the room had good amenities like a kettle, coffee maker with coffees, tissues, cups, toiletries etc.
This hotel is at very nice location and completely brand new.
Spacious, clean with excellent location and super friendly and helpful hosts. Plenty of parkings. Right next to the castle and the garden. Plan to return again.
The rooms work fine, the beds are really comfy and the blackout curtains work really well. The wifi is fast, the shower is nice and hot, and breakfast is not spectacularly varied, but what is there is very good so I do not have any real complaints. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, and a lot of helpful information relating to the stay is available immediately at the entrance. One morning one of the owners (Zenklusen family) came over during breakfast and greeted every table, putting in the effort to speak the language of the guests and being genuinely affable and courteous. The location is excellent. It is a very good base to go back to for all your Oberwallis needs.
The hotel is very well located. We had a very nice room with an amazing view to the castle and to the mountains. Breakfast was also very good.
