The staff is very helpful. At the reception, they always answered my questions and provided recommendations for me as a tourist. In addition, the hostel is kept clean and tidy during the day. The kitchen and the common area are spacious as well. The hostel can be reached by taking a single tram from central station. There is also a park within walking distance. There you enjoy the view of the city and there is an open air zoo.

I'd definitely stay here again! I was in a 6-bed dorm with friendly roommates. There were tons of toilets and showers right across the hall, and they were quite clean. A well-equipped kitchen with lots of fridge space was right down the hall. It was part of a big room with tables and couches to hang out, eat, or charge your electronics. There was really anything you could need. I found this to be the most comfortable bed on my trip to Sweden, when I stayed in three hostels. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check-out was very easy, all you do is pop your keycard in the slot in the lobby. The hostel is <5-minute walk from a tram with a direct connection to the main train station.

The staff is really amazing. There was kitchen that you can use. There were curtains and reading lamp, net for putting your personal stuff.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms/showers are spacious, clean, and outside the dorms. Staff was very accommodating in switching rooms when there was a smell in the original. Location is very close to parks and Haga, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. There are a good number of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The karaoke event the hostel facilitated was very fun. I wish every hostel I've stayed at could be as nice as this one!
