For a basic hotel and price it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the annex house where we had a room and own bathroom, as well as a kitchenette area just outside the room. A basic but adequate breakfast is offered. Lovely nature and walks to explore. Very quiet. When in the area we will return.
Was built by the founder of the match factory at which my great grandfather worked.
I liked that sheets, towels and cleaning was included and we had the whole house to ourselves so very quiet.
Lovely surroundings. A shame that we didn't have time to explore the castle.
Building needs renovation. Everything else very good.
