It was very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and useable for a family. The hot water was great, back to back showers are no problem. Many options for activities and walks.
You get an apartment for yourself, well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.
Exceptionally preserved original amenities in an unforgettable place. We just drove Sweden through and stayed one night, but you can definitely stay there more, if not to pay a separate visit. A lovely couple manages that place, and they will serve you as dearest guests. Surrounded by nature, you will find sea, lakes and a river within walking distance. For sure, visit the personal collection of cameras in the main building, and take a piece of cake in the cafe (we took 5). They may offer you outdoor activities as well (something with kayaks). The place is managed very well, and all other surroundings also. If you are a traveller and especially an adventurer - that is the place for you. Places with a personality like Kustleden you remember forever.

Buildings in the style of 1970s Swedish design - very interesting in itself. Simple, but there was everything you needed. Friendly staff. Nice area for walking and other activities
