Расположение очень удобное если выина машине. Дотгорода по прямой трассе 10 минут, причем мимо Skyview, посетить обязательно.
По утрам можно бегать к озеру там есть турники и брусья.
Парковка большая, на ночь закрывают ворота.
В номерах нет ковролина. Вся мебель из икеи, сразу ощущаешь себя как в съемной квартире где хозяева делали ремонт как не для себя и на всем экономили. Шампунь в ванной не лежит, надо ходить на ресепшн за ним.
Завтрак скудный и одинаковый каждый день.
При цене за номер по 5тр за ночь ожидаешь большего.
