Hannah and the staff were great, room was fine , bed very comfortable, good bathroom with good shower, breakfast was good with assorted breads, cold cuts cheese, eggs and bacon, fresh fruit and juices, coffee was good. great location on pedestrian street nice 20 minute walk to old town, 10 minute walk to main metro , tram and bus station. would stay there again, only slight draw back even with fan it was a little warm.
It is so close to the central station as well as a 15 minutes walk to the gamla stan.
Staff were so polite, helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was very good.
Location is great, in the middle of a popular shopping district and 2 blocks from the central train station. The check-in process was quick and simple. The staff was friendly.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was great. We had a room above a noisy restaurant and they kindly moved us. Breakfast was very good.
