Well organised facility with no-nonsense attitude yet tidy and thought one step further for customer convenience
I booked a room for my elderly relatives who were traveling on their own and needed assistence since they do not speak Swedish and have limited knowledge of English. They were received with the best service by kind and considerate personel who did the very best to make them feel welcome and comfortable. The room was very cozy and clean, they enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast was tasty.
I've been in touch with the facility both in writing and on the phone and the communication has been great with quick and helpful replies, providing optimal solutions for the slightly special requests I've had.
Everything.. perfect central place to be to start every adventure
The room was spacious, comfortable and well- equipped. The additional facilities including kitchen and sauna were good to have although we didn't use them this time. Hemevans is small and this place is close to all amenities, despite not being central. The bus stop is right outside.
The location was a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts. The shared areas were nice and clean and had everything you needed (coffee, oven, large fridge and freezer, sauna, etc.). It was fun that there was a bar (O'Learys) within the accommodation.
