We actually stopped over just for a few hours stay to go to the airport. Take a shower and have a rest. We did not start overnight. Very clean, good showers and even a coffee on the house!

The room and bathroom are both large. The bed is very comfortable. Nice small balcony overlooking the street. The is very professional and friendly.

Big spacious room that was super clean with AC and a hot shower. Samantha messaged me in advance to ensure a smooth arrival and provided complimentary juice, biscuits and bananas upon arrival which was really nice. Great value for what you get!

We had two rooms for our family. Owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Great value for money, which is the main reason to stay here and for this rating (comparing to comparably-priced places, not to hotels in general). One block off the beach in the middle of a good strip in Negombo, so lots of choice for restaurants. I initially booked to be closer to the airport (I had been at a conference on the southern side of Colombo, 90 minutes from the airport even without traffic, and had an early morning departure on my final day, so this was 20 minutes from the airport instead). Although the hotel was on the main street and at an intersection, the traffic noise was not an issue. Samantha (the owner) was very friendly and he was also seemingly always available at any hour (I saw him throughout the day and I got messages from him in the middle of the night). Room was clean.
