The 3R resort was the last place we stayed in Sri Lanka before leaving for the US. Our visit was in February which must be considered low season for foreign tourism to the island. The hotel is modern, clean, and quiet and is located one block off the main bustling street in that area of Negombo. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach (which was hopping on Friday night) and shopping/restaurants. The pool was great and the breakfast we had there was also good. It was easy to arrange transport to the airport. All in all this hotel was very good value and met and/or exceeded all of our expectations. We would certainly revisit again as either a first or last port of call in Sri Lanka.
The location was good to access the beach .
They kindly helped us to arrange an airport shuttle and the cost was good.
The hotel looked quite new. The room was clean, with a good bed, linen and comfortable wardrobes. Hot water was fine. The hotel area and pool were clean. There was a restaurant. Good value for money

Everything. We came in the last minute and couldn't enjoy all the facilities, as only one overnight stay was booked. It's an awesome place. Just go for it
