Went with my sister and stay was completely safe. Wonderful staff.
This place is very close to the beach. Nice and clean rooms the bathroom also good and clean.excellence service done by the owner.
The family hosting me at Desitha Family homenwere friendly and kind.
They let me carry on my own business, early morning walks to the jungle beach which is about 20 minutes away.
But also helped me out with a few things.nwe all took a taxi to Kataragama together and the owner and his son came with me and showed me about.

The property has a great view of the 9th arch bridge and less than a 5 min walking distance to it. Night time is so serene with total darkness and stars and fireflies lighting up the night sky. The beds are big and comfortable and a decent size bathroom too. The lady owner was heartwarmingly kind and help was there if you needed it.
Very friendly family. I felt very welcome here.
It is close to the harbour where the whale watching boots start.
