The hotel is just at the heart of the city, very good location.
The hotel's location is one of its outstanding features.
Check in and check out were "a breeze".
Reception staff were efficient and pleasant, particularly Miss Swarnamali.
This is a super convenient, well-maintained, well-staffed facility that I would highly recommend for staying in Colombo. Easy to access, walking distance to the dutch hospital and Galle face green, and lots of choices for services within the hotel.
Easy everything, and well priced!
Hotel location was great as it was close to the Dutch Hospital and Ministry of Crab. Lots of food places nearby too. The staff were very warm, kind and accommodating. We also booked a car with them for our airport drop-off. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Lunch/dinner menu was also excellent with lots of different options on the menu.
Excellent hotel, very comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were all wonderful -- to a person I found them efficient, helpful and very friendly.
